On Sunday, June 23rd, DPS International Ghana hosted a yoga session in the school’s auditorium. Participants of various ages, from children to adults, joined in to celebrate the 10th edition of the International Day of Yoga, themed “Yoga for Self and Society”.

Yoga, a practice that brings together mind and body, balancing thought and action while uniting restraint with fulfillment, integrates the body, mind, spirit, and soul. This holistic approach to health and well-being brings peace to our fast-paced lives and is widely embraced in various forms worldwide, gaining increasing popularity. Recognizing its universal appeal, the United Nations declared June 21st as the International Day of Yoga on December 11, 2014.

DPSI and B5 Plus collaborated to engage in yoga activities held in the school auditorium. Among those present was Mr. Mukesh Thakwani, the school director, who participated in the yoga session with his family, DPSI teachers and students, B5 Plus employees, and other attendees.
