Yoga, a practice that brings together mind and body, balancing thought and action while uniting restraint with fulfillment, integrates the body, mind, spirit, and soul. This holistic approach to health and well-being brings peace to our fast-paced lives and is widely embraced in various forms worldwide, gaining increasing popularity. Recognizing its universal appeal, the United Nations declared June 21st as the International Day of Yoga on December 11, 2014.
