Chigwell Holdings’ Phenom Park Nominated in the Jumia House of Excellence Awards
Once again, Chigwell Holdings’ Phenom Park has been receiving regional and global recognition and the project has recently been nominated in the “Jumia House of Excellence Awards 2016”.
Jumia House have expanded their horizons in terms of offline marketing approach. To celebrate this, they have organized a golf tournament that will be held at the prestigious Muthaiga Golf Club on 25th November 2016. A gala dinner dubbed “Jumia House of Excellence Awards 2016” will take precedence after the tournament later that evening, where the winners will be announced during the event.
Chigwell’s Phenom Park has been nominated in the Category of “best mixed-use development”. This comes hot on the heels after the company recently bagged the “highly recommend award for residential development ; Kenya” for the same project at the International Property Awards 2016 edition that was held on 22nd September 2016.
This nomination is proof of the excellent innovative design and quality finishes that the project boosts of. It’s no secret that this master piece will continue to receive both regional and global recognition in many years to come.
