Kenya Real Estate: 2016 Was a Successful Year for Chigwell Holdings

The year 2016 proved to be quite a successful year for Chigwell Holdings. The company’s project, Phenom Park performed exceptionally well in the market considering that the real estate industry in Kenya slowed down in the last half of 2016. The project generated a lot of interest and has grown quite popular in the Kenyan market: the effect of meticulous design and high built quality.

Chigwell will soon launch the eagerly awaited apartment block within Phenom Park. This will feature 20 no. 3 bedroomed apartments, 6 no. shops and 10 studio apartments. The designs are almost finalised and already prospective clients are lining up to book considering the limited number of units available for sale. The third phase for Phenom Park has been launched and construction is set to commence by March 2017. This will add another 40 – 60 townhouses. The first phase of 72 units is ready for occupation and the second phase – 60 units, will be completed by April 2017.
