The International Property Awards 2016 edition was held on 22nd September 2016 where Chigwell Holdings won a “highly recommend award for residential development; Kenya” with their Phenom Park project. The announcements were made at the Africa & Arabia IPAX Summit and Awards Gala Dinner hosted at the Prestigious JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai and all participants, including Chigwell, were invited to attend the Gala Night.
