This type of racking comes in two types: closed type light duty storage and open type light duty storage.

1 – The closed type light duty racking is customizable as per clients’ requirements. Its load bearing is up to 50 kg per shelf and channel dimensions are of 40 mm x 40 mm x 2 mm thickness and height of 1905 mm / 2210 mm / 2515 mm. This can further be customized as per customer requirement. The colour is RAL system, powder coated.

2 – The open type light duty racking is customizable as per clients’ requirements. Its load bearing is less than 50 kg load per shelf. Channel dimensions are of 40 mm x 40 mm x 2 mm thickness and height of 1905 mm / 2210 mm / 2515 mm. This can further be customized as per customer requirement. The colour is RAL system, powder coated.

Medium Duty Racking

The medium duty racking is available in customizable beam length.
Beam dimensions are 80 mm x 40 mm x 1.5mm thick, 195 mm long, and 2400 mm high. This can further be customized as per client requirement.
Load bearing: each beam level can carry up to 500 kg.
Channel dimension: C-channel lipped 80 mm x 70 mm x 1.5 mm.
Colour: RAL system, stoving paint.

Heavy Duty Racking

The heavy duty racking can be customized as per customer requirement. Beam dimensions are available in two options:

1 – 100 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm of 2650 mm length

2 – 150 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm of 2650 mm length.

Height is customized as per client requirement.
Load bearing is also available in two options: beam type 1 – 100 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm of 2650 mm length which can carry up to 2000 kg per beam level or beam type 2 – 150 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm 0f 2659 mm length which can carry up to 2500 kg per beam level.
Channel dimension: C-channel 100 mm x 50 mm x 2.5 mm.
Colour: Standard color is Tivoli gold and dark grey, but can be customized as per client requirement.

Drive-In Racking

The drive-in heavy duty rack is available in customizable beam length and is 100 mm in dimension.
It is finished in stoving paint to ensure durability for years to come.
