Storage Central: Expansion, Growth, and Vision for the Future

Storage Central is thrilled to announce the expansion of our facility on Mombasa Road in Nairobi. We are adding an additional 1,800m² of space, designed with convenience and functionality in mind. All new units will be on ground-floor level and will feature ample lighting to ensure a safe and user-friendly experience. Once completed, this expansion will bring our total facility size to an impressive 8,000m², reinforcing our position as a leading storage provider in the region. Construction is well underway, and we are targeting completion in April 2025.

Since our inception in October 2020, Storage Central has proudly served over 2,700 customers. Our clientele includes a diverse mix of individuals and businesses, with 85% being Kenyan, 60% being residential customers, and 40% being business clients. We offer a wide range of unit sizes, from compact 3m² spaces for personal items to expansive 135m² units suitable for large-scale storage needs. This flexibility allows us to cater to everyone, from families needing extra space to businesses seeking secure storage solutions.

Looking to the future, our Directors are actively working to secure funding for the development of two additional facilities, both planned to be located in affluent areas of Nairobi. These new locations are part of our strategic growth plan and will allow us to serve even more customers in the years to come. We aim to break ground on these projects in 2025, marking a significant step forward in our mission to provide accessible and reliable storage solutions across the city.
