NBK Signs Cooperation Agreement with KFIC
According to the new cooperation agreement, NBK will issue prepaid card holders to customers who have undertaken a loan from KFIC.

As part of its strategy to provide the best banking services to its customers by partnering with leading companies in Kuwait, the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) recently signed a cooperation agreement with Kuwait Finance and Investment Company (KFIC) whereby NBK will issue a prepaid card to customers who undertake an installments or consumer loan from KFIC.
Salah Al Fulaij, CEO Kuwait at National Bank of Kuwait, said: “Through this new agreement, the loan proceeds (installments or consumer) undertaken by the customer from KFIC will be deposited in the prepaid card issued by our bank and delivered to the customer (free card delivery).”
Al Fulaij added that the prepaid card can be used both inside and outside of Kuwait, as well as online shopping websites, noting that the limit that can be deposited in the card reaches up to KD 20,000.
He explained that the prepaid card attains the needs of customers who are looking for easy banking solutions that ensures safe transactions and provide high levels of protection locally, internationally & online.
Al Fulaij praised the cooperation between NBK and KFIC in providing the first of its kind banking solution in Kuwait and the Gulf region. He added that the Bank constantly seeks to partner with leading institutions in its sector to offer enhanced banking services that exceed customer expectations.
