Chigwell Holdings has just launched sales for their Phenom Park Phase 3 project. This is after successfully completing the 1st Phase comprising 72 townhouses which have now been occupied and almost completing the 2nd Phase comprising 60 units.

This is after successfully completing the 1st Phase comprising 72 townhouses which have now been occupied and almost completing the 2nd Phase comprising 60 units. Handover of this phase will be spread from April to May 2017.
Just like the two existing Phases, the third one will also be something to look out for. The customer feedback has guided the company to adopt design improvements which will be much appreciated by prospective clients. This is the norm with Chigwell’s projects. Construction will commence in April 2017 and will take approximately 18 months to complete.
Already 20% of the units have been booked and from the look of things, this Phase will be sold out just within 2017!!!
An update of the much awaited apartments within Phenom Park will be issued by the developer once the designs are finalised.
