Recently, one of the major projects Trident Plumbers Ltd has had the opportunity to work on is the Crystal Rivers Mall.

Recently, one of the major projects Trident Plumbers Ltd has had the opportunity to work on is the Crystal Rivers Mall.
Crystal Rivers Mall, a gated residential and commercial development by Safaricom Staff Pension Scheme, consists of a residential area with 56 housing units, a recreational area and community center. The development embraces the ‘Smart City Concept‘ and is conveniently situated on the busy Mombasa Road, Athi River Mavoko, Machakos County.
Trident Plumbers Limited (TPL) has been a nominated sub-contractor in this particular project. Most of the works TPL undertook included: sanitary, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting and sprinkler installations, gas piping and external reticulation works.
Armed with new technology as far as the mechanical industry in Kenya is concerned and highly skilled technicians, they both gave a powerful beat to the sound of progress and the outcome so far is top notch. For gas piping Trident settled for the best – LPG gas system and for fire suppression they installed a sprinkler system in the mall as well as a fire hydrant system above ground.
The project commenced in July 2015 and after exactly 5 years of intense planning and execution, the curtain comes down in July 2020. This means the mall will be accessible by the public and the housing units will be sold to willing buyers.
Other than the above mentioned mechanical services, Trident Plumbers Limited offers air conditioning and mechanical ventilation services as well as solar water heating and water treatment systems. This is in line with Trident’s certification from the National Construction Authority.
