Virgílio Augusto Ramos, Director of CEC Cia. de Engenharia Civil, presents his company. CEC was founded in 1987 and was one of the first Portuguese speaking company to be certified in ISO 9001 by ABS Quality, in Latin America. So far, the company has implemented projects for clients such as Petrobras, Hochtief, Método, Construcap, etc., and has already projected around 180 million square feet.
