EARLY LIFE

Aaron received his primary education in Akwatia, and later moved to Tema, in the greater Accra region of Ghana, where he completed senior high and tertiary education.

CAREER

After graduation, Aaron worked with Krane Construction Company Limited in Accra, where he started as a laborer on site. He then became a store keeper, site supervisor, procurement officer and site coordinator. During this period, Aaron gathered enough experience and passion for business in the construction industry.

In 2007, he left Krane Construction Company Limited to establish Estaaron Ventures, which later became Estaaron Ventures Ltd in 2013, which consists of 11 operational branches across the country, with the head office in Tema. Estaaron Ventures Ltd deals in sale of construction materials like cement, iron rods, square pipes, high beams, plates, etc. The company has supplied to various construction, real estate companies and individuals, such as DeSimone, China Railway, FKD Construction, Oak Royal Estate, Ft Global Investment Limited, Empire Estate, etc.

The company also does general distribution of cement to about 250 retailers across the country, and a monthly lifting of 15,000 to 25,0000 tons.
