Estaaron Crave continues to make significant strides in delivering premium real estate solutions within Tema Community 25, TDC HFC Estate. Following our previous updates, we are pleased to share progress highlights, client engagements, and the next steps for our residential offerings.

Construction Progress

 •  Townhouses: Structural works and finishing phases remain on schedule. Units under the fitted and furnished categories are nearing completion, with final touches being carried out to meet the highest quality standards.

•  Studio Apartments: The fully furnished units have entered the final installation phase, ensuring that residents can move into ready-to-live spaces.

Market Response

Interest in both the studio apartments (priced at $70,000) and the townhouses ($250,000 fitted / $290,000 furnished) has continued to grow. Engagements with potential homeowners, corporate clients, and investors have increased steadily, affirming market confidence in the Estaaron Crave brand.
