“A distinctive addition to ‘The Diamond in the City’, setting it apart from ‘The Pearl in the City’, is the incorporation of a glass-floored swimming pool. While technically challenging and expensive, this marks the construction of Ghana’s first larger-sized glass-floored swimming pool. Additionally, we envisioned an open-air cinema on the rooftop, which has become a beloved feature. To enhance the experience, we acquired vintage cars for seating, creating a unique space for people to enjoy drinks, food, and movies. Adjacent to this, we incorporated a tennis court, basketball court, indoor and outdoor gym, forming a vibrant rooftop area. This thoughtful design ensures that residents have enticing recreational options, making it likely for them to linger until 11 pm rather than heading back to their apartments at 6 pm”, says Erdinc Asar.
