“I love the fact that buyers and potential buyers are happy with our business because if they were not, we could not exist. We receive positive feedback and valuable suggestions from our tenants and apartment owners. ‘The Pearl in the City’ apartments, in particular, garnered recognition as the best property in Ghana upon completion. Encouraged by this feedback, our stakeholders expressed a desire for us to incorporate innovative ideas in future projects, based on their positive experiences. For instance, they expressed a desire for an expanded swimming facility, and the women specifically advocated for the inclusion of aqua sports in our upcoming project, ‘The Diamond in the City.’ During the design phase, we opted to construct an enlarged adult swimming pool. To cater to diverse preferences, half of the pool’s depth was intentionally kept moderate, facilitating aqua sports activities for the ladies. Simultaneously, the other half was designed for those interested in long-distance swimming. Another observation we made was the need for a more extensive recreational area and swimming pool for children. Consequently, we planned and developed a larger pool to accommodate their recreational needs. Acacia Build Ltd also recognized the absence of water slides for children in Ghana, and felt compelled to address this gap. As a solution, we incorporated not just one or two but three water slides, accompanied by a significantly expanded playground, to enhance the overall recreational experience for kids”, says Erdinc Asar.
