WORK EXPERIENCE
Mr. Mattouk has been the Founder and CEO of ARG1 since October 2010. He established this company and designed a business module to focus on Design, Engineering Solutions, Sales, Operation, Maintenance and Repairs of elevators, escalators, hydraulic platforms, airport baggage handling systems, passenger boarding bridges, airport solutions, generators, earth works and civil works, structural engineering and consultation in property development and procurement. Since he founded ARG1, he has seen his work grow and expand throughout Ghana with over 300 staff.
Prior to that, between the years of 2003 to 2010, Mr. Mattouk was a Director and Founder at Omni Color Ghana Ltd that specializes in manufacturing of masterbatch (coloring for plastics), Director of Operations at Parakuo Ltd in the construction and mining industry, jointly managing staffs exceeding 250 with turnovers of (+/-) $5,000,000/annum.
EDUCATION
Roni Gaby Mattouk holds a BSc in Banking and Finance.
AWARDS
Mr. Mattouk was awarded ‘Most Respected CEO in the Elevator Industry’ at the Ghana Industry Awards in 2021. ARG1 has also been awarded twice at the Ghana Property Awards for Best and Sustainable Elevator Company in 2017 and 2019.
