• The company has now become the sole dealer for Daikin ME Products in Lebanon.

• Real estate development company, owner of the biggest single structure in West Africa (The Octagon).

• Lubricant oil manufacturing plant – created the best seller “Touring” Lube Oil brand.

• Established Operators SAL as a Property and Facility Management Company.
• Carried the company from inception to it becoming the dominant player in its field in Lebanon.
• Helped make Operators one of the first Professional Property and Facility Management companies in the Middle East, with ISO 9001-2000 Certification for Quality Management.
• Company has a portfolio of more than 1$ billion in managed assets.
• Full management of more than 85 properties, with a customer base of more than 2000 billable clients.
• Facility management and specialized services for more than 75 restaurant and hotel outlets, hospitals and others.
• Sold the company in 2009.

EDUCATION

Jihad Ibrahim holds a BSBA in Economics and Real Estate Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (1984), as well as an MBA Operations Management and Finance from Boston University (1988). He is also a member of the National Honor Society of Financial Managers (Omaha – 1984) and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
