The Octagon Project in Accra to Open Sales and Rentals by September, says Dream Realty

Dream Realty’s project The Octagon is today at the finishing stage.

“In this project we have tried to cater not only for big corporations; we are finishing a lot of small offices for small businesses or medium scale businesses,” says Karim Ibrahim, Managing Director of Dream Realty.

One of the blocs will feature a 4 star hotel, which is to be opened in the second half of 2016.

“As for the offices, people can start moving into the building by early 2016. We are hoping to open sales and rentals by September of this year so that we are ready for the beginning of the year,” adds Ibrahim.
