"AlOula Real Estate is where it all started. AlOula was established in 2002. It is a new company that specializes in infrastructure development, asset management, and new real estate development. It is a community developer. They acquire big chunks of raw land and they turn it into developed land, from infrastructure, streets, and everything related. AlOula is a master developer. After 15 years of business, and after 40 plus million square meters of developed lands, this is where Ajdan started. AlOula, as a master developer, developed a lot of land and this land needs to be developed in the same mentality that has been used from the beginning. Ajdan as a company focuses on the lifestyle development of community, the superstructure of the developments. Ajdan is a lifestyle, mixed use developer and it also creates destinations, for example, the Ajdan Waterfront destination. The mixed use always covers residential, hospitality, entertainment, and retail. Ajdan creates communities with stories, with lifestyle, with a connection to people. The most important thing is the link between these products. It is not always buildings; rather, a human factor is one of the most important things and this what differentiates us. We are known as the lifestyle developer. Ajdan is different from AlOula. AlOula is a heavy, big developer that will come with all the firepower. Ajdan is geared more toward agile, fast, trendy with its young and talented team. You can see this in the products that Ajdan has developed. Ajdan creates benchmarks in the region. One of our targets is to change how people see the perspective of real estate development in the area. Typical real estate is definitely going to always be there. However, it is our time to always be ahead of the curve. In terms of the development of real estate, people are changing, culture is changing, demographics are changing. And, of course, interests are changing because of how people are changing and how the country and the vision of the country are changing. This is why we are trying to always stay ahead and create the platform. We are not focusing only on creating a building, we are actually creating a platform for people to utilize, for people to rent and open their businesses, for people to live and this is where the platform is helping people to develop. We are not developing buildings; we are developing lifestyles. This is where Ajdan is different. One of the key words of Ajdan has always been integration.
