“The Diamond in the City is our current project. We have sold 95% of it and some owners have already started moving into their apartments. We are also furnishing the apartments. Thanks to our investment department, property management department, facility management department, sales and marketing department, and interior decoration and furnishing department, we understand what tenants need. When the interior design department communicates with apartment owners, they express their preferences, saying, “I want this” or “I want that.” However, we emphasize that, as apartment owners, their needs don’t matter most. It doesn’t matter what they want or what I want; what matters is what tenants need in their apartments. We guide them through the conceptualization, leveraging our professional design team’s expertise. Our approach prioritizes creating cozy, homely spaces over luxurious and expensive interiors, aligning perfectly with tenants’ desires”, says Erdinc Asar.
