“Cornerstone Developments started in 2015. As I was traveling a lot between London and Accra, I saw that there was an opportunity for me to do real estate in Ghana. I started my first development in 2017, which was Noble Square in East Legon, where I had four townhouses. From that we pushed onto Altitude Residence, with 30 apartments in Labone. We then did Nyla Court, which comprises of townhouses in East Legon. We are currently completing the Aura Cantonments Residence, and we also have developments which are being launched this year, including the Ava Residence in Airport Residential and Nissi Place in East Legon. One of the key factors that makes us stand out is quality. In every fabric of our development, when you walk through, you can sense, feel and see the difference in quality.
