The Chairman of Empire World and Falcon Group Peshraw Majid Agha presents a US$ 2.3 billion leading real-estate project in Kurdistan.
Empire World’s projects include the Empire Business Towers and Business Complex, the Residential Wings, Diamond Towers, Marriott Hotel, Pearl Towers, and Royal City which consists of Empire Royal Villas and Empire Royal Apartments.
These areas and buildings serve diverse functions as residences, offices, entertainment facilities and hotels.
By the end of the project, Empire World will have built 88 towers and 300 luxury villas over a 750,000m2 area. The company was founded in 2007 and it is planning to finish their extensive project by 2017. Altogether, the company has invested in excess of $2.3 billion. Empire World is one of the leading companies in the Iraqi Kurdistan real estate sector today.
Empire World project will offer the best office space available in Erbil. A multinational oil company DNO has already moved into their new offices in the Empire World and many other oil and gas international companies have followed suit.
Empire World has also a distinct advantage in its location: it is located 10 minutes away from the Erbil International Airport and only a 15-minute ride from the city center of Erbil. This advantage makes the site very desirable as living near the airport is seen as an advantage in Erbil. Also, Empire World is easily accessible from two major roads (Airport Road and 100M Road).
