Marcopolis presents the Bahrain Report focused on the investments, doing business, economy and other topics featuring interviews with key executives and government officials. The sectors under review are industry, telecom, banking sector, ICT, investments and more.
The Bahrain World Trade Center (also called Bahrain WTC or BWTC) is a 240 m high twin tower complex located in Manama. The towers were built in 2008 by the multi-national architectural firm Atkins. It is the first skyscraper in the world to integrate wind turbines into its design.
This 50-floor structure is constructed in close proximity to the King Faisal Highway, near popular landmarks such as the towers of BFH, NBB, Abraj Al Lulu and the scenic Pearl Roundabout. It currently ranks as the second tallest building in Bahrain, after the twin towers of the Bahrain Financial Harbour.
Though the offices in the towers are also nice to see we want you to visit the Shopping Mall located at the base of the two twin towers. The existing mall - already reputed to be the most exclusive shopping complex in Bahrain - will be extended to provide around 150 luxury brand outlets, exquisite cafe and restaurant areas and a spectacular glass domed garden court for relaxing after a hard day of shopping! ;)
