The construction sector in Saudi Arabia is booming and the demand is still high all over the country. The group started with Al Hammad Construction. The company has developed more than 25 million m2 in Riyadh. The group has good in-depth knowledge of the construction business. The company started with construction in the 80s followed by agriculture and medical companies launched in the early 90s.

During 40 years in business, Al Hammad accumulated a vast portfolio of companies. Thus, with many business units the company is now creating and developing corporate structure to professionalise the company. The vision for the group is to transform the business from a family to institutionalised business.  Corporatizing companies needs a lot of knowledge and effort and this is why the family accepted outside expertise to reach that level.
