“The company began with the objective of being a leader in community innovation. We believed that the real estate development in Saudi Arabia was not up to the standards we saw worldwide. Most of the development was quite poor or very traditional. Our objective was to develop the concept of community and improve the lifestyles in the homes of Saudi Arabia, taking into account affordability.”
