Mortgages in Saudi Arabia: positive developments in 2016

Yasser Abu Ateek, CEO of Dar Al Tamleek talks about the outlook for mortgage industry in Saudi Arabia.

He says, “I am very optimistic about the mortgage sector. Once clarity takes place in the market the market will lift-off. In the last few years we have seen plenty of people who can buy a house and who want to buy a house but they are not buying because people are saying that prices are going down, so they might get a better deal if they wait.”
