Côte d'Ivoire can be an agricultural superpower just like Brazil. Côte d'Ivoire used to be the most advanced country in the region. The country was ahead of Singapore, South Korea, Morocco, and Tunisia between 1960 and 1985.
The decades of conflict have sinistered the economy.
