The last five years in the real estate sector in Beirut was focused on luxury, high-end towers. Things seem to be taking a turn in a different direction this year. There is more of a demand for modestly-sized apartments in a good location. People are interested in the European-style home, that has more focus on home decor than the size of the apartment.
