H.E.C. Expanding in Lebanon

Since 1959, H.E.C. Holdings has been expanding in Lebanon’s real estate sector, with no signs of slowing down.

What started as the core function of the company, H.E.C. Real Estate Development has changed the face of real estate in Lebanon. The company’s manufacturing arm has greatly expanded so much in the last three years, that a new team was established to keep up with the growth.

H.E.C. Wood has taken over the interior designing aspect of real estate development. This includes the designing of furniture and doors, among other things. Architects and developers from other companies are just a few clients who purchase these products from H.E.C. Wood.

This year was the proud start of H.E.C Aluminum, which includes the manufacturing of aluminum windows, doors and cladding. It has been in business for over 6 months, and has already had more than 30 buildings in the process. Furthermore, discussions are in the works for projects outside of the H.E.C family.
