• Advice on the construction of a $570m Accra Tema motorway which will upgrade and extend the motorway between the capital, Accra, and the port city of Tema.

• Advice to the private sector party on the concession of the Chingola-Solwezi 205 km Dual Carriageway Road Project in Zambia under a public private partnership arrangement.

• Advice to the Government of Ghana on the implementation of the multi-million dollar proposed Integrated Aluminium Project (“Project”) which is a key component of Ghana’s industrialization agenda and cuts across bauxite mining, alumina refinery and expansion of the existing aluminium smelter.

• Preparation of a policy and draft model law and regulatory framework for the emergence and expansion of export trade companies in Africa for a major DFI covering pilot countries (Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa).

• Advice to a DFI on the financing of a multi-million dollar safari eco-park in Ghana.
