“We first thought of launching a personal training centre after seeing that clients of local gyms did not receive the care needed to achieve their health and fitness goals. The market was filled with fitness misconceptions and we needed to attend to them,” says Abdullah Al Askari, Managing Director of C Club.
“We now have three centres in the college that encourage and support innovation. The first is the Project Based Learning (PBL) Centre. Its goal is to propagate learning through projects namely, experiential learning. The workshop is the starting point,” says Abdullah Al Sharhan, Chairman of Australian College of Kuwait (ACK).

“Projects that are under execution with the private sector include a 300,000m2 commercial development in the south of Kuwait called the Al Kout project. “We are known to work on fast track, design development projects. We started that process back in the 70s with one of the real estate companies called Salhia Real Estate. HOT Engineering Co. used to be the pioneer in contracting, specifically in oil and gas. The current vision of the company is to regain that position as many contractors have left the market.
