Paradise Estate, located in East Legon Hills, Katamanso, features 114 units, offering a mix of 3 and 4-bedroom detached homes. The plot sizes range from 240 to 450 square meters, with built-up areas spanning from 148 to 290 square meters.
SOLARIS APARTMENT (completed)
Solaris Apartment is a 12-storey mixed-use apartment building with a ground floor and two basement levels located in Ringway Estate, Osu, featuring 133 units. The project offers 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with areas ranging from 47 to 93 square meters.
SPRINGFIELD ESTATE (in progress)
Springfield Estate is located in Prampram and offers serviced plots covering 22 acres of land as part of its project. The plot sizes range from 218 to 448 square meters, with a total of 210 plots available.

Serenity Estate, located on Oyarifa Road, is a residential development offering 3 and 4-bedroom houses. The plot sizes range from 200 to 300 square meters, with built areas spanning from 150 to 275 square meters. In total, there are 52 units planned for the project.
