HHA was established as a general trading company in 1906. It is the second oldest company in KSA after HAA (Haji Abdullah Alireza & Co. Ltd.). The company First started as importer of foodstuffs, building materials and other commodities.

First importer and distributor of Automobiles on a commercial basis in the Arabian Peninsula in 1926.
