"The industry is becoming more vibrant and more required by organisations, communities and by the country as a whole," says Esther Cobbah, the CEO of Stratcomm Africa, the best communication agency in Ghana.
"With the introduction of a lot of radio FM stations and because of our growing democracy the industry has become extremely vibrant. Now we also have social media with the use of smartphones. Today many Ghanaians have mobile phones," she adds.
"There is a need for communication strategies and for professional communication support."
