Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Seth Adjei-Baah, President of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, discusses recent oil discoveries in Ghana and emphasizes on the need for people to be trained and get the know-how to work in the oil industry. According to him, industry and manufacturing is what Ghana has to look at in order to create the needed employment.

He also talks about the role of the Chamber, an association of business operators, firms and industries set up to promote commercial and industrial interests in Ghana, and shares his vision for the country, putting forward the fact that the private sector has to become the engine of growth of the economy, which is not the case at the moment.
