“Obviously we have to deal directly with issues around gold prices and cocoa prices because those are the major commodities that have a significant impact on our economic outlook. Of course there is the additional complexity of having IMF conditions that are meant to create some additional structure and reinforce the business confidence that is vital for us to attract a certain quality of investments,” she adds.
