Karim Ibrahim, Managing Director of Dream Realty, gives an overview of The Octagon, a business center located in downtown Accra. On an area of 110,000 square meters, The Octagon will have 1500 parking spaces, two office space blocks, one serviced apartments block, conference areas, a helipad, a rooftop swimming pool and a gymnasium. The Octagon offers office space for sale and companies will have the possibility to chose from 85 square meters offices or as much as 2000 square meters office floor.
