MTN Ghana is the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Ghana. The company has over 21 million subscribers with a market share of approximately 55%. MTN Ghana was the first telecoms provider in Ghana to list on the Ghana Stock Exchange.

Total Petroleum Ghana, formerly known as Mobil Oil Ghana, is a Ghanaian petroleum company listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange. Total Petroleum Ghana is part of the global Total Group, which is the fourth largest publicly-traded integrated international oil and gas company in the world.

Ghana Oil Company, known as GOIL, is a state-owned Ghanaian oil and gas marketing company, formed in June 1960. Currently, it holds the place of Ghana’s top oil marketing company, and is the only indigenous owned petroleum marketing company in Ghana.

PBC Limited (Produce Buying Company) is a Ghanaian cocoa bean company listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange. It was formed in November 1981. PBC Limited has over the years operated in an environment of stiff competition with other Licensed Buying Companies for cocoa from farmers.

Newmont Golden Ridge is one of the richest mining companies in Ghana. It specializes in the mining of gold, but is also a producer of copper, silver, zinc and lead. The company has one of the biggest gold reserves in the mining industry.

Tullow Oil is Africa’s leading independent oil and gas, exploration and production group. The company’s operations in Ghana began in 2006. A year later, the world-class Jubilee field was discovered and first oil was achieved in late 2010.

GCB Bank Limited, formally known as Ghana Commercial Bank, is the largest bank in Ghana in terms of total operating assets and share of industry deposits. GCB Bank was founded in 1953 and has since then been offering banking products and services for the personal, commercial, corporate and treasury sectors.
