Batelco Group’s Dividend Policy

The Batelco group has been paying out strong dividends. What is the group’s dividend policy for 2013-2014? In the recent interview, Shaikh Mohamed bin Isa Al-Khalifa, CEO of Batelco Group, talks about the dividend policy for 2013-2014.

When asked to be more specific, Al-Khalifa says, “I can’t go into further details on what the 2013 numbers are going to be because this really depends on the performance in 2013; however, we are confident that the policy of paying out dividends to our shareholders will continue in the near future. Here it is very important to highlight that over the past seven years the group has paid out over one billion dollars in dividends to our shareholders.”
