The current low price of the oil sector, among other factors, is affecting the economy in Jakarta in general, including the hotel industry. The demand for hotel rooms has experienced some sort of decline. But there have been indicators for positive outlook in 2017 which business communities are very optimistic with.

The current government, both the city government of Jakarta of the overall country, seems to be well-accepted. If all these efforts continue working consistently, while government remains stable, Jakarta and Indonesia in general for sure will see a brighter future.
