“Ghana’s growing class of high net worth individuals, especially top notch professionals and their families living abroad and in Ghana, who have distinct tastes and preferences. Many developers are providing housing that do not meet their standards, lifestyles and tastes.”
“We have put a hold on the project and construction financing. That is big money and it takes a longer period of time to recoup the investment. Since last year, we have not done any project financing. The area we address now is asset acquisition. We are focusing on executive auto financing. It is in the same auto industry, but we are focusing more on financing for the corporate leaders and corporate bosses.”

At the time the energy sectors of several African countries were going through sector reforms that was expected to prepare them for private sector participation, in most cases for the first time.”
“Since 2015, we have grown steadily. The focus was to grow our corporate niche and also to improve the retail base. At Saham, we have worked to increase the possibility of getting more retail business by recruiting more sales agents who are on the ground bringing in retail accounts.”
“We go around Ghana once a year. Then, for about two months every year, we have a road show where we train two to three hundred people on basic training, servicing, and how to look after the equipment. We also demonstrate how to use the equipment.”
“The Feed the Future in Ghana program and the creation of jobs for the people are the most important issues. There is a large gap in the agriculture business. The approach of the new government is quite prominent.”
