Intercontinental Addis Hotel: Role model for other hotels and hotel managers in Addis Ababa

The general manager of Intercontinental Addis Hotel claims that the hotel could serve as a role model for other hotels and their hotel managers in Addis Ababa.

“The reason I came back to Ethiopia was to send two messages. One is to be an example and role model of how to manage hotels,” explains Zenawi Mesfin, the GM of Intercontinental Addis Hotel.
