Airtel Ghana is a subsidiary of Indian telecommunications company Bharti Airtel, that operates in many countries throughout the African continent. Philip Sowah, Managing Director of Airtel Ghana, talks about some of the company’s strategic products, such as Airtel Money (mobile money), Airtel Cloud (office in a box) and new data bundles. Mr. Sowah also focuses on the importance of customer service and highlights the fact that, recently, Airtel won the “Telecom Company of the Year” award.
