Mozambique: Partnership Between World Despachos and Qatar Airways

Lizete Inalda Dulobo, Client Manager at World Despachos, talks about the partnership between World and Qatar Airways.

“We started working with Qatar Airways in 2013, taking care of luggage and passengers. Basically we took the luggage’s and we delivered them directly to the clients doors. This allowed people to spend less time at the airport for they wouldn’t have to wait for the luggage as they knew it would be delivered at their houses soon after. We took care of lost and found, so there was no need for a passenger to complain about such matter. If there was a lost baggage, we were already taking care of it because we were in charge of its delivery. We did that for over a year. As of now, we exclusively do the clearance of all their shipments”, says Lizete Inalda Dulobo.
