CENEVAL Course in Toluca, Preparatoria Level:

An educational alternative that allows a student to obtain a High School Certificate (Bachiller), by taking a single exam and thus be able to continue higher-level studies in any educational institution.

CENEVAL (National Evaluation Center) allows students of over 21 years, who due to life circumstances have not completed their high school studies, to take an equivalency exam and obtain their SEP Certificate (Bachillerato Department). The exam occurs in places and times designated by the SEP, and consists of two phases: the first test is a 180 to 200 multiple-choice question exam, and the second test consists of a three-hour essay exam. If the student passes only one phase, he or she has the opportunity to apply again for whichever exam was failed. The Certificate is issued by the SEP. The course takes place over 10 weekends.
