Felix Nyarko-Pong: Biography

Felix Nyarko-Pong is the Chief Executive Officer of uniBank Ghana Limited

Felix Nyarko-Pong is the Chief Executive Officer of uniBank Ghana Limited since June 1st 2011. As CEO he is responsible for ensuring that the bank attains its stated commercial, operational, risk and financial goals. As the head of the Bank’s management team, he reports to the bank’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Nyarko-Pong has 26 years international and local experience in Banking and Finance, 11 years of which have been at the Executive Management level. He worked with the NMB Bank (Tanzania) as the DMD/COO and also with Barclays Bank Ghana as Executive Director Retail Banking and Executive Head Treasury. He is also a former Assistant Principal Consultant of the National Banking College, Accra and Lecturer in Business Finance at the University of Ghana Business School. Mr. Nyarko-Pong is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Presbyterian Book Depot and Via Veritas Ltd – a financial management consultancy.

Mr. Nyarko-Pong is a Schevening scholar and alumni of the University of Ghana Legon, University of Glasgow Scotland & St Catherine College – Oxford University. He holds a BSc. in Finance and Banking, MBA in International Business and Post MBA Certificate in the International Capital Markets.
