Osama Bishai

Osama Bishai is the CEO of Orascom Construction, one of the world’s largest contractors, with a footprint covering the Middle East, Africa and the United States, and operations encompassing the infrastructure, industrial and commercial sectors. The Group owns 50% of BESIX Group, develops and invests in infrastructure opportunities, and holds a building materials and facilities management portfolio. The company was Egypt’s first multinational corporation and stands at the core of the Orascom Group companies. Orascom Construction was founded in 1950 and is active in more than 25 countries. Bishai joined Orascom in 1985.
