Paradoxically, agriculture employs most of the population, generates the largest portion of revenue, and is the field that, if developed properly, can contribute rapidly to reduce rural poverty. By this reasoning, it becomes clear that the main difficulty is attributing the right amount of resources to the agricultural field.
