The strategy of KOZ (Comium Côte d’Ivoire) is to get closer to the people and to offer better value for money. Comium runs a lean operation model and is striving to caputre no1 position in certain segments of Côte d’Ivoire’s telecom market.
Comium made the investment news when they decided to enter the Ivorian telecom market. Currently, Comium’s operation in Côte d’Ivoire is growing at 10% or 15% each year.
Today it is West Africa’s third largest Internet market after Nigeria and Ghana. It also has a mobile phone penetration rate of 70%—one of the highest in sub-Saharan Africa.
