It’s election year in Kenya, with just 39 days left for the country to go to the ballot box. As is the norm, the real estate industry usually experiences a slow down as all focus shifts to politics. But not for Chigwell. The company has performed quite well in the first half of 2017, despite slowness in the industry in the last 3 months.
Mathieu Djedjero, Président de CICO (Côte d’Ivoire Construction), évoque quelques défis à venir pour les prochaines années, afin de ne plus seulement répondre aux appels d’offre, mais aussi initier des projets avec des collectivités et l’État ivoirien, ou encore se lancer dans le développement de projets dans le secteur de l’immobilier.
Olivier Nebout dresse un panorama du secteur immobilier en Côte d’Ivoire en ce moment et présente le Groupement Foncier de Côte d’Ivoire, son programme actuel et sa vision pour le futur de l’entreprise dans trois ans.

Il présente également Immobiliare, une société spécialisée dans les activités suivantes : promotion et construction immobilière, aménagement foncier, construction de châteaux d’eau, adduction d’eau potable, électrification villageoise et voiries et réseaux divers (VRD).
