We revisited our strategic direction last year, in using our platform and experience in Egypt to expand to other countries; our original vision was to be the preferred partner for transaction processing.
My current objective is to set up our national strategy for exports that has been approved by the government. This strategy identifies certain priority sectors for exports and a certain number of means and support systems, through what we call horizontal activities, to support exporters and particularly SMEs.
Internationally, we work with well-known companies, such as Panalpina, CEVA Logistics and DWF. These companies assist us in terms of our international business with things such as transactions, collections, deliveries and shipping and also responding to the bids for which we are contacted.

There are about 21 million mobile users in the Ivorian market. The growth in the market last year was a bit more than 10%. Our growth was 300% so obviously we were the operator that benefited the most, considering our previous very low position in this market.
I think the demand is there and it is strong. There are lots of projects which we have become involved in and for which the government has signed concession contracts with new operators. These projects must play a role in the years to come but also continue to grow, so I think there are places for operators to help meet the needs.
Today, the new challenge is how we will go from a situation where we had 2 or 3 projects every year to a situation where we have to manage a lot more projects. Right now, we have more projects in our portfolio for the 2015-2017 program than what we have managed in the past 12 years.
